Rainbow trout, which is a member of Salmonidae family, is native to the cold water rivers and lakes of the Pacific coasts of North America and Asia. It is one of the most important species cultured in flow-through concrete raceways and in net-cages in dam lakes and seas in our country. This species prefer clear, cool and high quality water. It has a boneless meat which is very tasty. Trouts we produce are conforming to all standards that Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Livestock states and they are offered for sale as 200-350 gr serving size in styrofoam boxes after frosting alive and fresh.
